Tho Tritsch Settlement The Fritsch divorce case was finally and amicably settled yesterday morning The fl200 per year of alimony allowed Mrs Fritsch was made a lien on certain of the defendants property and the decree assigned as-signed THE HERALDS reporter made a slight error in regard to this matter in yesterdays paper in stating that Judge Powers wanted the amount to be a lien on all of Mr Fritschs property while Mr Pierce was only willing for it to be alien a-lien on some certain piece Judge Powers desired the amount to be a lien on some piece of property and Mr Pierce didnt want it to be a lien on any thing This was all there was to it and the matter was settled yesterday in the manner as asked for by the plaintiff
