Show A UNPilD unior The Case of Thrugood vs Thuroo Again Comes Up The old divorce case of George E Thur good vs Charlotte E Thurgood which was tried in 1889 is to be opened upagain in the near future At the time of the granting of the decree to Mrs Thurgood on her crosscomplaint she was allowed alimony in the sum of 1193 but she was unable to collect it In an affidavit filed before Judge Bartch yesterday Mrs alleges that the Thurgood only sum ever collected on the judgment was f5 and the United States marshal kept that for his fees Joseph Lippman was appointed referee to examine Thurgood as to his r 7 s J property in 1891 and he reported that Thurgood had nothing that could be ap plied on the judgment Mrs Thurgood now alleges that he had property at the time and still has it and that she will prove that fact if given an opportunity Judge Bartch granted the request of Mrs Thurgooa that her exhusband be again cited to appear and answer in relation to his property Judge Tatlock was appointed special master I and the examination will be held I before mm next Friday |
