P1TTSBURG ANARCHISTS Trial of Bauer and Knold Concluded and the Jury Retires PlUG Feb 10Henry Bauer and Carl Knowld the two anarchists convicted con-victed yesterday of conspiracy to incite a riot at Homestead were again placed on trial today as accessories before the fact t the shooting of Chairman H C Frick of the Carnegie company Bergman was Carnege the penitentiary as the principal witness for the defense He said he came from New York to kill Frick but denied positively that either of the defendants were acquainted with his mission A number ot officers were examined ex-amined who told of the arrest of defendants defend-ants and conversations with them later After a short address by counsel the judge charged the jury favoring acquittal ac-quittal more than conviction The jury then retired and after waiting for a return re-turn until 430 court adjourned until morning when a settled verdict will be received Monday next Hugh ODonnell will be placed on trial for murder
