25D an acre Agreed to Tho question then was as stated by Dawes to strike out all provisions of the House bill from page 1J7 to page 148 relating relat-ing to six agreements with Indian tribes I and insert substitute a substtute covering pages 148 to 213 the end of the bill Dawes declared tho House proposition was a nonentity it began nowhere and ender nowhere as there was not a word in it
