OCR Text	Show THE CHARTER REVISION Two Branches of the City Council Will bo Recommended The joint committee of the city council and chamber of commerce having under consideration the matter of a charter to be submitted to the next legislature > are considering con-sidering the report of the sub committee which is an embodiment of the best features fea-tures of that of Denver Omaha and Kansas Kan-sas City The mam departure from our present charter will be in the creation of two branches of the council a house of I delegates consisting of twelve members and a chamber of aldermen consisting of seven to be chosen at large Many sweep inK and radical changes will doubtless be made As the joint committoe is composed of leading city officials business men and attorneys the wants of the city should bo ully met
