Acid Soills; No Problem BOUNTIFUL A container contain-er of poisonous acid was dropped drop-ped near the intersection of 1 800 South 200 West, Tuesday morning but fortunately didn't have a chance to "do its stuff." DAVIS COUNTY Fire Chief Brent Argyle said a fie gallon container was dropped by an undetermined vehicle onto 200 West. But the "highly corrosive" corro-sive" liquid did no more than leave a three foot diameter ax-like finish on a portion of the road surface. A motorist stopped and picked up the container before it was struck, the chief said.
