Show Clinton Youth Pleads Not Guilty On Counts FARMINGTON A plea of innocent was entered in Second District Court, Farmington, Farm-ington, last week by a 16-year-old Clinton youth charged with three felony counts in the death e-f a 2-year-old neighbor girl last Aug. 5. THE YOUNG defendant, who is standing trial as an adult, entered thejlea through his attorney TomJones before District Judge Thornley K. Swan. He is charged with the strangulation murder, kidnapping kidnap-ping and forcible sexual assault of Anne Hoskisson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Hoskisson of Clinton. Atty. Jones told the court that he would defend the youth on the basis of insanity. He also filed motions with the court and asked that the judge appoint independent psychiatrists psychiat-rists to conduct psychiatric analysis. Names of psychiatrists psychiat-rists will be given to the judge by Atty. Jones and the Davis County Attorney's Office. THE DEFENSE attorney also filed motions with the court alleging that the stale's law of the capital homicide charge (first-degree murder) is "unconstitutional and invalid" in-valid" and the second motion seeks elimination of all alleged confessions made by the youth.
