Dean Davies Named The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Dean M. Davies as president of Equitec Properties Co. MR. DAVIES joined Equitec in June 1977 as a real estate acquisitions analyst and became director of acquisitions acquisi-tions in November 1977. He was promoted to vice president presi-dent of Equitec Properties Co. in March 1978. From May 1979 through July 1980, he managed Equitec's real estate interests in Southern California before being transferred back to corporate cor-porate offices in Lafayette. MR. DAVIES is an outstanding out-standing Equitec team player and has been an important part of the growth in the past three years. He is president of Los Angeles World Trade and married mar-ried to the former Darla James of Bountiful and they have three children. He is a graduate gradu-ate of Viewmont High School and BYU. IN THE three years that Mr. Davies has been with Equitec, it has grown from a staff of four to over 45 with property management man-agement offices in Nevada, Arizona and Georgia as well as five in California.
