It's the first time since the reservoirs were built nearly 25 years ago that they have had to be cleaned, according to a spokesperson at the scene. He said the mud and debris is being hauled from the reservoirs in large trucks and delivered free of charge to a resident who lives nearby. The cleanup operation will take more than one month to complete at this reservoir near Mill Street and Davis Blvd., Bountiful.
