Show Farmington News Brent and Jody Tennant and children have spent the holidays holi-days in southern California. They visited Disneyland and many other fun places for all the family. They returned just in time for the children to start to school on Jan. 5. The Potter's Cottage on Main Street will be having classes in tole painting, every Thursday evening, beginning at 7 p.m. Anyone may come in for the classes or sign up before be-fore with Pat or Tami Un-german. The Junior Literary Club will meet with Wanda Wood on Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. Marguerite Bourne will review the book "Sacajawea" written by Anna Lee Waldo. This is a story based on fact as an Indian girl led early pioneers to the northwest. north-west. .... The Literary Guild will meet Jan. 14 at the home of Shyrl Kipp at 8 p.m. Alice Eldridge is in charge of the program. She will present Helen Hughes who will review the book "Charlie." |
