All PTAs in the area are helping promote this event and encourage everyone to plan to attend. The cost of the classes is $5 per couple or for single participant. Five pertinent and worthwhile worth-while subjects dealing with raising children will be dealt with at a Parenting Seminar that is sponsored by the South Davis Elementary PTA Council. ON THURSDAY, Jan. 29, the Rocky Mountain Family Institute will present five parenting classes at Bountiful High School from 7 to 10 p.m. People are urged to mark their calendars now to attend these classes. Dr. Lee Burnham of the Rocky Mountain Family Institute Insti-tute and members of his staff will offer the following classes: self esteem (including peer pressure), communication,' sexuality (including morals), how to help children succeed in school, and positive discipline disci-pline and behavior control. |
