Bountiful was fogged in so badly the stork had to wait to v deliver the New Year's baby. HOWEVER, A Tine baby boy arrived at 3:20 a.m. on Jan. 2, 1981 at the Lakeview Hospital. The proud parents are Vickie and Robert West of 1492 North 400 East, Centerville. Center-ville. He joins four lovely sisters sis-ters and one brother.
