' KAYE MITCHELL CAMILLE MITCHELL One Sister Returns, Another To Leave Sisters Kaye Mitchell and Camille Mitchell (daughters of the Dan Mitchell's) will be honored at an open house at their home at 921 N. 800 W. in West Bountiful, immediately following Sacrament Meeting in the Second-Third Ward Chapel, 858 No. 800 West this Sunday, April 30. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. The girls will speak in the meeting which will begin at 2:30 p.m. KAYE returned from her mission to the Florida-Fort Lauderdale Mission last Thursday April 27. She labored in Miami, Hialeah and Puerto Rico, among the Spanish-speaking people. She served as area leader and district leader. Kaye was a Viewmont High School honor graduate and a graduate of the Viewmont Seminary. She was active in music circles. BEFORE HER departure for the mission field, she graduated cum laude from the University of Utah, where she received her BA Degree in Speech Pathology. She was a member of the University of Utah Acapella Choir and the Mormon Youth Choir. She plans to continue with graduate work in speech pathology. Camille, also an honor graduate of Viewmont High School and a graduate of the Viewmont Seminary, has received a mission call to the Peru Lima North Mission. She tvill serve as a Welfare Service Missionary. She will enter the Language Training Mission in Provo May 11. AT VIEWMONT Camille!,, was a prominent in debate , activities. She had served as ward Laurel President and, at present, is teaching thirty five two-year-olds in Sunday School, and is Young Adult Representative. Camille is a graduate of the University of Utah, having graduated cum laude with a BA Degree in History. She taught school in Centerville Jr. High School and at Highland High School, as she worked toward her teacher's certificate. AT PRESENT, she is registered in the graduate school at the U. of U. She feels that her work at Jacob Lake and at the Brigham Young Farm Home will help her in her new calling, am |
