HEW SPRING FAD Clearfield Hater ore Expensive CLEARFIELD - Residents of Clearfield should beware that their next culinary water bill may show an increase. THE REASON is that home owners will be charged for any excess water used during the winter months, but the increase if there is one won't show up until their next water bill arrives in either , May or June. City water department officials of-ficials explained that water usage from November through April is npt metered and residents are billed for only the minimum rate during dur-ing these months. WATER USERS are allowed 10,000 gallons per month, or 60,000 gallons for the six-month period.
