GILL HANSEN ROTH August Nuptials Log Haven, Millcreek Canyon, was the setting for the wedding of Jill Hansen and Lynn Roth the evening of Aug. 31. The marriage was performed by Bishop James B. Peters. A garden reception followed the ceremony. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen O. Hansen, 3219 Teton Drive, Salt Lake City. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Roth, 191 East 200 North, Bountiful. A rehearsal dinner honoring honor-ing Jill and Lynn was hosted by the groom's parents at Balsam Embers. THE BRIDE chose a floor length gown of silk organza with a Victorian neckline trimmed with Venice lace. She wore a matching hat with veil. She carried a colonial bouquet of sonia roses, white daisies and baby breath. Maid of honor was Jody Hansen, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mary Lou Emerson, Nancy Roth and Debbie Buge. Their floor length gowns were of peach quiana. They wore hats trimmed with ribbons and daisies. Their colonial bouquets were of peach carnations, car-nations, daisies and baby breath. THE MOTHER of the bride chose a floor length gown of dark green quiana and the groom's mother was attired in light green quiana. Their flowers were white glamelias. The best men duties were performed by Bill Hart, Randy Lewis and Bob Nutter. Groomsmen were Steven Hansen, Gary Gibson and Bill Buge. SEATED AT the guest book was Janie Emerson and Mrs. Robert Emerson helped with the gifts. Jill graduated from Skyline High School and attended the University of Utah on a Presidential Honors Scholarship. She graduated from the University cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and biology. LYNN IS a graduate of Bountiful High School and is attending the University of Utah. They will honeymoon at Lake Tahoe and will make their home in Salt Lake City. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Mrs. Robert Emerson, Emer-son, Mary Lou Emerson, Mrs. Ruth Jenkins and Mrs. Marion Whitehead. |
