Show Bids For Drainage System FARMINGTON - Bids will be opened September 14 to correct a storm drainage problem along Bear Creek which has plagued central Davis County residents for several years. THE DAVIS County Commission Com-mission has agreed to pay half the cost of the system with Kaysville and Fruit Heights paying the other half. The three entities will work together to channel the storm drainage water, mostly from Fruit Heights, into Bear Creek channel and then into one or more retention ponds. STORM DRAINAGE overflow, which at times has caused flooding of nearby homes, has been a serious problem for several years, city and county officials agreed.
