"The Rescuers" Res-cuers" is a children's film of mice, men and scary kidnaps . . . of alligators, swamp critters and evil villains! THE FOOD Fair offers demonstrations on Quick & Easy Candies, Turkey De-boning De-boning and Holiday Rolls. Quick & Easy Candies will be demonstrated by Dorothy Hansen, Davis County's Utah State University Extension Home Economist. She has been Assistant Professor and Field Faculty Member at Utah State University for 13 years. Warren Ferguson has been delighting various groups with his turkey demonstration demonstra-tion for 15 years. He will show how to remove the carcass of a turkey, fill the cavity with stuffing and sew it back up again. The turkey will look like it did before he started, but will carve so easily, like a boneless ham. MR. FERGUSON is an Electrical Engineer by profession and among other things is an Honoarary member of Viewmont High School's Future Homemakers of America. Salt Lake Tribune Food Editor for 14 years, Donna Lou Morgan will be demons- trating how many festive holiday breads can be made from one basic roll recipe. Mrs. Morgan is also currently President of the international organization, News Food Editors Edi-tors and Writers. - ' 1 PROGRAMS WILL be held at the South Branch of the Davis County Library, 725 South Main in Bountiful, and at the North Branch of the Davis County Library, 562 S. lfXM E. in Clearfield. |
