Show Val Verda Carson and Julia Sharp have moved to 2871 South 150 East They had two sons, Alan and Clifford but added another to the family just last week on Oct. 20. Visiting and helping from Delta has been Julia's mother Louise Bogh. Both are well-known musicians in the area. Carson is a professional musician, having played the trombone in the Utah Symphony and gives private lessons in brass instruments in his home. He also plays in the Pioneer Memorial Theatre Orchestra and teaches music at Weber State. Julia is well-known as a voice teacher and coach, and has been musical director for several of Val Verda Stake musical productions, most recently "Guys and Dolls." Newlyweds from Granger are William and Kory Luker. Bill works at the American Strevell Food Warehouse. Jeffrey and Judy McBeth and their family have moved into the area from Bountiful. Judy hails from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She attended BYU as a business major with a music minor. For 13 years she was a secretary for Western Airlines and worked three of those years as a cost analyst. Jeff is a native of Payson and graduated from the U. of U. in art with an emphasis in interior design. For eight years he managed Clark Learning, DFB. Presently he owns his own design firm, McBeth Commercial Interior, Inc. Judy handles the administrative ad-ministrative work of the firm. Singing is one of Judy's special talents. |
