STUART, the former Miss Wanda i Ray Jordan of Dupont, Colorado, married recently in rites. Springville man takes bride in recent Colorado ceremony A marriage of interest to Springville r e la ti v e s and j friends is that of Miss Wanda Ray Jordan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elon W. Jordan of Dupont, Colo., and Charles W. Stuart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd R Stuart of Springville. ;! The wedding ceremony took place April 2 at the home of ! i the bride's parents, with the ; LDS Bishop Jerald Finlenson : ' of the Denver Eighth Ward, performing the ceremony. A reception re-ception was held at the home after the wedding rites. The couple was attended by Mrs. Martha Offret as matron of honor and Lee Offret of Pro-vo, Pro-vo, who is serving in the Navy and stationed at Lowry Air Force Base, as best man. The bride graduated from South Beloit High School, So. Beloit, 111. in 1960. Charles graduated from the Springville High School and LDS Seminary and has been in the Navy nearly two years. He is presently stationed at Lowry Low-ry AFB near Denver, but expects ex-pects to be transferred in June. His parents and other members mem-bers of the family and Clara Pace went to Denver to attend at-tend the wedding. |
