OCR Text	Show Infant dies at Ashley Valley Medical Center Jason Lee Allen, infant son of Wilma Butler and Benny Lee Allen, died at the Ashley Valley Medical Center, Sept. 28 1981. Survivors are mother and father of Vernal; a brother and sister, Travis J. Butler and Kandy Pearl Allen of Vernal; grandparents, Alvin and Donna Allen of Vernal, LaMar Butler of Levan, Utah and Mrs. Myran Butler of Spanish Fork and great-grandparents, Mrs. Myrtle Miller, Duchesne, Utah. Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 2, at the Vernal Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call at the Vernal Mortuary one hour prior to the service.
