Jacobsen accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Alda Brown ot Salt Lake City left by plane on Saturday to meet their husbands, hus-bands, Elder Waldo E. Jacobsen and Elder Vern Brown, who have served two year missions in the New England States. The girls will meet their husbands at Bangor, Ban-gor, Maine and will leave shortly after in the Jacobsen's new Olds-mobile Olds-mobile on a sight seeing- tour home. "'.Mrs. Kunkle, the former Luella Huntington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. K- A- Huntington of this titv.' was charmingly attired for her going away, wearing an all white suit with original model hat and gold accessories. They set sail from" San Francisco on Thursday. Following- their marriage, the couple were complimented with a wedding dinner at the Coral Room of Temple Square Hotel. Guests included those who witnessed the wedding ceremony and other immediate im-mediate family members and close friends numbering approximately thirty-five. The bride wore her wedding crown of white satin entrain fashioned fash-ioned with a butter-fly bustle and pearl sequin trim. Accentuating her attire was a single orchid corsage cor-sage and pretty white hat of original ori-ginal design made by her mother. " a 3-tiered wedding cake em-oanked em-oanked with flowers and burning tapers formed the table centerpiece. center-piece. Guests toasted the newly-weds newly-weds each of whom responded and pictures were taken during the time of the new Mr. and Mrs. Kunkle and the wedding party. The bride was complimented at several pre-nuptial events including includ-ing a trousseau tea held the Sunday Sun-day before her marriage, at the home of her parents, where approximately ap-proximately 130 guests called during dur-ing the afternoon. The guests were greeted at the door by Mrs. Huntington, the bride-to-be and her little niece, Karen Poulsen, all in summer formals. Mrs. Lucille O. Turner was in charge of refreshments, the serving table being beautifully decorated with white roses and candles over a white cloth of Ma-deria Ma-deria cut work. Other decorative decora-tive details were in pink. Music was played throughout the afternoon by Mrs., Eileen Bird, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Marjorie Bird. Mrs. Marie Poulsen, MLss Dickie Jane Huntington and Mrs. Virginia Virgin-ia Fehr, sisters of the bride, were in charge of the trousseau display rooms, the latter coming from Palm Springs, Calif, for the wedding wed-ding event. Mrs. Kunkle is a graduate of the University of Utah and a graduate nurse. Mr. Kunkle served four years in the navy and is a former University of Utah student.
