Show Services held in Provo for former resident Funeral services were held Wednesday for LJoyd Howell Brown, 59, a former resident of Springville, who has made his home in Provo the past year and a half. The services were at Berg Drawing Room Chapel. Burial was in Provo City Cemetery. Mr. Brown died of a heart attack while working on construction con-struction Saturday, May 7, 1966. He was born Jan. 14, 1914, in Provo, the son of Reed and Mary Jeanette Wilkin Brown. He married Jevene Young and they were later divorced. He married Blanche Blackley of Springville and they were later la-ter separated. He received his education in the Provo City schools and was a graduate of Lincoln High School of Orem. He married and made his home in Provo and was employed as a carpenter car-penter most of his life. He lived in Provo until 1952 when he moved to Springville. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Hartman (Betty (Bet-ty Kay) Daniels, Norwalk, Calif.; Mrs. Harvey (Jean-nette) (Jean-nette) Croft, Henderson, Nev,; Mrs. Glen (Renee) Tunheim, El Segundo, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; grand-children; his mother, Mrs. Nettie Net-tie Brown of Provo; four brothers, bro-thers, Verl R. and Dee G. Brown of Salt Lake City; Nolan No-lan R. Brown, Tigard, Oregon; one sister, Mrs. William E. (May) Isaacson, Springville. |
