Show FUNERAL HELD AT MAPLETON FOR J. S. CAZIER Funeral services for Joseph Samuel Cazier, 65, of Mapleton, who died on Saturday at his home, were conducted Tuesday afternoon, after-noon, in the Mapleton ward chapel, under direction of Oscar Whiting, ward bishop. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery. Mr. Cazier had been in ill health for a long time and had been confined con-fined to his bed the past two years. He was born at Payson, June 18, 1882, and moved to Grass Valley as a young boy. He had lived in Mapleton since 1941. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jemima Brown Cazier, whom he married at Grass Valley in 1905, and six sons and daughters: Brown Cazier, Mrs. Mina Llewellyn Llewel-lyn and Mrs. Mary Snow of Mapleton; Mrs. Rae Larsen of Manti; Mrs. June Selfe of Tucson, Ariz.; Earl Cazier of Niles, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and one brother, Edward Jones of Payson and a sister, Mrs. Etta Loveless of Salt Lake City. |
