Show MOriTWELL By Bettie Mower 14th Birthday Miss Inez Brown celebrated her 14th birthday anniversary Saturday night at her home with a group of friends helping her celebrate the occasion Games were played and refreshments refresh-ments served. 'Mrs. E. A. Call, of Myton, were guests of Mr. and Mrs Ray Brown and family, Thursday. Thurs-day. Work day at the Montwel Rodeo Grounds was held Monday Mon-day under the direction of Newt Miller. CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY Little JoAnn Anderton celebrated cele-brated her 7th birthday anniversary anniver-sary last Sunday at her home with a group of friends and relatives enjoying the occasion Mrs. Virginia Davis and Mrs. Lena McDonald, of Roosevelt helped Mrs. Reed Anderton plan the celebration. Lyn Miller visited here with friends and relatives this week, while on leave from the U. s! Navy. Fred Brown left this week for Paradise Park, where he is employed em-ployed with Ron Eskund. Glen Brown returned home this week from a two week vacation va-cation on Farm Creek mountain. He was with Cecil Chivers, of Hayden. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Shepard and boys, of Salt Lake City, visited Mr. and Mrs. Reed Anderton An-derton and family over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Anderton visited up the canyon Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Anderton An-derton and family, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Anderton and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Anderton, of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Anderton, of California, and Mr. and Mrs. Roe McDonald, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Theo Alexander of Oakland. Calif., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Doug Brown spent a few days this week in Salt Lake City, where Mrs. Brown received a medical check up. friends and relatives in Montwel. Mont-wel. Larry Nelson spent Monday and Tuesday in Salt Lake City, visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Hallet and daughter, Fern, of Bingham, Bing-ham, Utah, have been visiting the past week with Mr. and Mrs. Verl Johnson and family. Harvey Adams and son, Dee, Melvin Parry and son, Bruce, and Earl Parry spent this last week from August 16th to 21st fishing at the Chain and Atwood Lakes. George Hunt and Bruce Hir-ter Hir-ter made a plane trip to Parker, Par-ker, Arizona this week. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Madsen and family, of Pleasant Grove, visited Wednesday and Thursday Thurs-day with Mr. and Mrs. George Hunt and family. |
