GAIL KNELL Berrett, Knell Exchange Vows Miss Pamela Berrqtt and Gail Knell were married Saturday, Sa-turday, April 22, during a single ring ceremony which took place at the Family Living Liv-ing Center, College of Southern Utah. Bishop Ardeen Childs of the Cedar Eighth Ward performed per-formed the services. A reception was h eld after the wedding, and the bride greeted guests in her floor-length floor-length empire silhouette gown. The dress was made of shantung shan-tung material trimmed at the bodice and sleeves with imported im-ported Italian lace. A plain train fell from the shoulders adding back interest to the gown. Completing the ensemble ensem-ble for the bride was her net veil attached to a pearl crown I and her bouquet of yellow and white rose buds which was fashioned into a diamond shaped style. In keeping with the yellow, orange and white color scheme, the bridal attendants wore matching styled dresses designed to harmonize with the empire style gown worn by the bride. Matron of honor hon-or was the bride's sister, Mrs. Brenda B. Orton. Bridesmaids were Kathy Smith, Rosalie Ride and Virginia Lambeth. They held nosegays of yellow spring flowers. Flower girls, holding white baskets and wearing yellow floor-length dresses with puff-sleeves were Tammy Johnson and Tori Berrett, Ber-rett, nieces of the newlyweds. Groomsmen were Rodney Orton and the bridegroom's Drotner, Bobby Kay Knell. Ushers were Don Ray Alger, Sandy Webster, Dick Lambeth, and Brad Guyman. Those assisting at the reception recep-tion included Irene Hyatt who furnished organ background music, Judy Dieterle, who attended at-tended the guest book and Kent Berrett, who seved as greeter. Giftroom attendants were Janette Berrett, Sharon Knell, Carolyn Johnson and Sharon Ballis. Serving were Christine Mullett, Diane Rice and Colleen Col-leen Piatt. Close friends of both families were kitchen hostesses. The reception was hr sted by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Berrett, while a wedding breakfast prior to the marriage was hosted by the bidegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. K. Knell. The newlyweds are making their home in Las Vegas, Nev., following a honeymoon trip. The bride and bridegroom both graduated from Cedar High School in 19G5. The former form-er Miss Berrett gaduated from Continental Beauty College in Salt Lake City and is currently current-ly employed in Las Vegas, at "Bob's Big Boy." Her husband attended Trade Tech. School in Salt Lake City, where he studied mechanical drafting. He is a member of the National Na-tional Guard and is presently employed at Nevada Power Company in Las Vegas. |
