Show '"' r " I HENRIETTA PRYOR LEIGH Funeral services honor Henrietta P. Leigh Henrietta Pryor Leigh, 85 of Cedar City died June 24, at the Valley View Medical Center, Cedar City of natural causes. She was born Aug. 23, 1888 Cedar City to Nathaniel W. Pryor and Margaret Evans Pryor. She married Kumen F. Leigh Jan. 4, 1909 Parowan. Later solemnized in the St. George Temple. She was a lifetime resident of Cedar City. A graduate of Branch Normal (SUSC). Member of Relief Society, VFW and active in an Old Timers String Band. She ; was a member of the DUP Juniper Camp. Her hobbies w ere painting and fishing. She was musically inclined. Survivors are husband, Kumen F. Leigh, two sons, Fred F. Leigh, Cedar City; Cordon N. Leigh, Midvale. Two daughters, Mrs. Antone VV. (Thora) Cox, Cedar City; G. W. (Mariam) L. Cruise, Los Angeles, Calif. Funeral Services were held June 26 in the 12th Ward Chapel at 2 p.m. Burial was in the Cedar City Cemetery, under the direction of the Metcalf Southern Utah Mortuaries. |
