Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On Tuesday, the 14th day of June, 1988, at the hour of 9:05 o'clock a.m., of said day, on the East ground level entrance of the DAVIS County Court House, at Farmington, Utah, BENEFICIAL BE-NEFICIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described property, situated situ-ated in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah and described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, COMMONWEALTH COMMON-WEALTH SQUARE SUBDIVISION, SUBDI-VISION, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of DAVIS County, Utah Said sale will be made without covenant cove-nant or warranty regarding title, possession pos-session or encumbrances to satisfy the - obligations secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Trust Deed executed by RONALD W. HAL-BERT HAL-BERT and RUTH B. HALBERT, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustors, to BENEFICIAL BE-NEFICIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, for the benefit and security of BENEFICIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, recorded on September 18, 1985, as Entry No. 713501 in Book 1053, at Page 198 records of DAVIS County State of Utah. The balance owing as of the date of recordation of the Notice of Default on the obligation secured by said Trust Deed was $69,511.87, plus interest, penalties and fees.
