Show I Community Education Night School Community Education evening classes will begin the week of February 13 in both Cedar City and Parowan. Registration for classes in Parowan will be held on Wednesday, February 8, at 7:00 p m. in the Parowan High School. Questions on Parowan classes should be directed to Jackie Benson at 477-3513. Individuals interested in registering for classes in Cedar City may do so on Thursday, February 9, at 7 pm. in the Cedar High School cafeteria. Questions on Cedar classes should be directed to Wayne Mittlin at 586-6513. Classes offered in Cedar and Parowan will run for eight weeks and are as follows: Cedar - Open Shop (includes (in-cludes jewelry making), Ceramics, First aid, Gymnastics, Cake Decorating, Knitting, Sewing, Macrame and Art, Slimnastics, Shorthand, Drapery Making, Typing, Upholstery, Vegetable Gardening, Interior Decorating, Parent Education. Parowan - Ceramics, Painting, Welding, Woodwork Wood-work and Refinishing, Real Estate, Cake Decorating, Slimnastics, Media Equipment Operating and ' Repair, Shorthand, English Dynamics, Typing. CAKE DECORATING. LaRine Bradshaw will be teaching a class in cake decorating at Cedar High School from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesdays under the sponsorship spon-sorship of the Iron County School District Community Education Program. This is a very popular class taught in the home economics room by one of Cedar City's professional catering experts. ex-perts. The class consists of instruction in decorating various kinds of cakes. It is one of the few classes where it is a pleasure to eat your mistakes. |
