The Iron County School District Community Educadon Program in cooperation with the USU Extension Service is offering a course in vegetable gardening. gar-dening. Lynn Esplin will teach the course on Wednesdays Wed-nesdays from 7-9 p.m. at Cedar High School. In a time of shortages, high prices, and strikes, learn the basics of good vegetable gardening. Lynn is the Utah State University Extension Agent for Iron County. This class is sponsored by the USU Extension Ex-tension Service and there is no charge for the class. It will be taught in the Science Lecture Room. COMMUNITY EDUCATION An Pen shP class, sponsored by the Iron County School District Community Education Program is being offered. The class will be taught by Dee Wilcken, shown above from 7-10 p.m. on Thursdays , at Cedar High School. 1 Wilcken offers the Cedar High woods and metal shops for those interested in working on their own project. There will be little or no formal instruction, although Wilcken will be available to help with any of .the equipment. |
