Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ; have been filed with the State Engineer to change ) water in Iron County i throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. ; Locations in SLB&M. ; a-9925 (73-2367) Kenneth H. Ward, 1259 E. Midvalley 1 Road, Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 10.00 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by deeded portion A-35453-c (73-2133). (73-2133). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, ; 238 ft. deep, at a point N. 510 ft, & W. 35 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, RllW; and used for the irrigation of 2.5 acs. in SE4 Sec. 12, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 10.00 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 250-350 ft. ; deep, at a point N. 60 ft. & E. ! 650 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, RllW (1 mile SW Enoch); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of one cow; and used from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.31 acs. in SW'4SE'4 Sec. 12, T35S, RllW. a-9938 (73-2366) Cloyd & Deon Stratton, 194 N. 900 W., Cedar City, UT propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of 30.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 8180, Chgs. a-8367 & 9103. The water has been diverted from two 16-inch wells, 250 ft. deep, at the following points: (US. 36ft. &E. 76ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 17; (2) S. 50 ft.- & W. 2610 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 18, both in T36S, RllW; and used from March 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 7.50 acs. inN'NWVi Sec. 17, NNE'4, NE4NW'4 Sec. 18, T36S, RllW. Hereafter, 30.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a inch well, 215, ft, deep, at a point S. 115 ft. & E. 1890 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 8, T36S, RllW (2V2 miles W. Cedar City) ; and used from March 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 7.5 acs. in ESWV4 Sec. 8, T36S, RllW. Protests resisting the granting of these applications ap-plications with reasons therefore must be filled in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, UT 84114, on or before March 4, 1978.
