UNDERSIGNED, intending to organize and operate a national bank in accordance with the provisions of the National Bank Act, as amended, to hereby make application ap-plication to the Comptroller of the Currency for permission to organize said national bank, and propose as follows: 1. That the main office of said National Bank be located in the vicinity of 295 North Main, in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah. 2. That said National Bank have the title of: Zions First National Bank of Cedar City. 3. That the total capitalization to be reoeived by said National Bank for the shares issued by it be allocated as follows: Capital 500,000.00 Surplus...! $ 500,000.00 Total Capitalization $1,000,000.00 Number of shares authorized '. 5,000 Number of shares issued 5,000 Par value per share 100.00 Sale price per share 200.00 4. That Gerald J. Dent, of One South Main, Salt Lake City, Utah act as sole and exclusive Agent to represent and appear for the undersigned before the Comptroller of the Currency. 5. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file comments in writing with the Regional Administrator of National Banks, 1405 Curtis Street,' Suite 3000, Denver, Colorado 80202. Any person desiring to protest the granting of this application may do so upon written notice to the Regional Administrator of National Bank within 21 days of the date of this publication.
