Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PUBLIC SALE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, Bureau of Land Management, Land and Survey Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 30, 1953. Under provisions of section 2155, R. S., as amended bv section 11 of the act of June 28, 1934 (48 Stat., 1274; 43 U. S. C. 1171), and pursuant to -the application of William R. Thorley of Cedar City, Utah, Serial No. U 07251, there will be offered to the highest bid-(der, bid-(der, but at not less than $2.50 per acre, at a public sale to be held at 10 o'clock a. m on the 21th day of November, 1953 next, at this office, the following tracts of land: NWUNE'4 Sec. 8, T. 39 S., R. 10 W., SLM, 40 acres. The land will be sold with a reservation of coal to the United States. The highest bidder will be required re-quired to pay immediately the amount thereof. Bids may be made by the principal prin-cipal or his agent, either personally person-ally at the sale or by mail. Bids sent by mail will be considered con-sidered only if received at this office prior to the hour fixed for the sale. Bids must be in sealed envelopes accompanied by certified certi-fied checks or post-office money orders made payable to the Treasurer of the United States for the amount of the bids. The envelopes en-velopes must be marked in the lower left-hand corner "Public Sale bid, Serial No. U 07251, Sale 10 a. m. Nov. 24, 1953." Any adverse claimants of the above-desc.-ibed land should file their claims, or objections, on or before the time designated for sale. The Bureau of Land Management Man-agement has not searched the records of Washington County to ascertain the existence of any i adverse claims.
