Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following implications have been filed with tin? State cation will not exceed (0.0 ac-ft. ac-ft. annuallv. a-6197 Joseph C. Larson, P, O. Box 321, Cedar City, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of 40 ac.-ft. out of a total of 130 ac.-ft, of water as evidenced by App. No. 15652 (73-987) as amended by a-5712. The water has been diverted di-verted from 2 wells as follows: (1) W. 1100 ft. S. 345 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 4, T35S, R11W; (2) N. 50 ft. E. 75 ft. from SW COR. Sec. 34, T34S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 375.0 acres limited to the sole supply of 32.50 acres within with-in EliNEVi, E'L-ISW'i, W'i-SE',4, W'i-SE',4, SE'iSEli See. 33, S',b-SW' S',b-SW' Sec. 34, T34S, R11W, N'.iNEli Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 40 ac.-ft. of water will be diverted from an 8-in. well, 100-300 ft. , deep at a point S. 8S0 ft. W. 1870 ft. from NE Cor. Sec 4, T35S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation ir-rigation of 20 acres limited to the sole supply on 10 acres within Lot 2, NWUNE'i Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. Protests resisting the grant- Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwisee designated. Locations In SLB&M. a-6183 Elved Williams, 85 N. 700 W., Cedar City, Utah 81720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of GO ac-ft. out of a total to-tal of 308.80 ac.-ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 13983 (73-481). The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well, 120 ft. deep at a point S. 870 ft. E. 1305 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 8, T36S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation ir-rigation off 77.20 acres limited to a sole supply of 66.70 acres within NEUNEU Sec. 7, NWUNW'i Sec- 8, T36S, R11W. Hereafter, 60.0 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 6-in. 6-in. well, 150 ft. deep at a point S. 575 ft. E. 125 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 8, T30S, R11W, and used for domestic purposes of 60 families, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 15 acres within E'iNE'i Sec. 7, NW'iNWli Sec. 8, T36S, R11W.
