Show Open House honors recent newly-weds Mr. and Mrs. Rulan Dalton were hosts at an open house honoring their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Dalton, held in the Library Lounge on Friday evening, June 19. The honored couple were married two weeks ago in rites which took place in Huntington Park, Calif. Receiving the guests during the evening were Mr. and Mrs. Dalton, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas D. Westfall ox Huntington Park, parents of the bride and the bride and groom. Mrs. Clifton Halterman and Mrs. Woodrow Decker were at the serving table with the Misses Sharlene Decker, Sue Ann Dalton, Marsha Orton and Christie Burton serving the guests. Mrs. Ramon Bent-ley, Bent-ley, Mrs. Reed Orton and Mrs. Adrian Dalton were in the kitchen. Mrs. Jay Benson was at the guest book with Mrs, Larry Mitchell, Mrs. Lloyd Benson, and Miss Joan Decker displaying disp-laying the gifts. Janiel Stubbs, Curtis Mitchell and Stephen Decker were gift bearers. During the evening Mrs. K Chamberlain was at the organ, or-gan, furnishing background music. The lounge was beautifully beauti-fully decorated with flowers and pictures, tho work of Mrs. Karl O. Mitchell and Mrs. Charles F. Bentley. Mrs. Howard How-ard Stubbs served as hostess for the event. Here from out of town to attend the open house were Mrs. Leonard (Letha) Petkin, and Mrs. Claude (Marcella) Mitchell of Ogdcn; Mr. and Mrs. Sam Halterman of St. George and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dalton and family of Washington. |
