Downtown planners sees light setback The members of the Cedar City Redevelopment Redevelop-ment Committee learned of a disappointing setback set-back in their plans Monday; however, they-; also took action to attempt at-tempt to overcome any harm done. The Redevelopment Committee members' were in general 1 agreement that an anchor an-chor needed to be nailed down quickly, before other major steps in the redevelopment plan could be taken.
