Show Surplus sale set The Valley View Health Care Foundation is planning to sell by sealed bid several pieces of . surplus hospital equipment equip-ment to interested residents. Willard Jones; President of the Foundation, Foun-dation, recently ex- pressed appreciation to the Iron j County Commission Com-mission for donating! the equipment to the Foundation with : i the .understanding . that proceeds from the sale be reinvested ; in new equipment jfor the : hospital. j Bid sheets listing the equipment can be picked up at the hospital reception desk, and the equipment may be seen there Mar. 18, 19 and 20 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and also on March 21 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. when the bids will be opened. Bids should be sumitted to Lucille Ence, executive secretary at Valley View ' Medical Center. Persons need not be present at the time bids are opened, but those interested in the sale are encouraged to attend the Bid opening and the auction or sale of ' any leftover items which j will follow. A partial list of equipment to be bid includes a 3M model 209 copy machine, shelving units from hospital pharmacy, hospital beds with mattresses, lounge chairs, wheel chairs, hot plates, wall mounted cupboard units and upright shelf and closet units from the old laboratory, work benches with sinks, other sinks, metal door frames, an outdoor lighting system, file cabinets, wooden doors, fluorescent lighting light-ing fixtures, and a concord con-cord Sterophonic 444 reel-Jo-reel tape recorder.
