This refund is due to reduced power costs during the period of September 11, 1979 through December 31, 1979. If you were our customer during this period, you may be eligible for a refund. Customers still living at the same location as they were during the refund period of September 11, 1979 through December 31, 1979 will "automatically" have their refund applied to their bill. If you have moved to a new location within the same community, your refund will be transferred to your new account by our local office. Commercial accounts whose business name or location has changed, however, must contact our local business office to claim their refund. In addition, we are soliciting your help in locating customers who might have moved away. Please tell friends, relatives, and former neighbors who have received electric service in Iron or Washington County during this period to contact our CP National office in Cedar City or Hurricane, Utah.
