Carlyle Thompson who is employed em-ployed in Logandale, Nev., returned re-turned home Sunday bringing with him Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Whipple and children to visit their parents, Mr. and Mrs. George T. Thompson. Adolia and Ardell Jones motored to Meade lake Sunday. Miss Mary Faris and Miss Pat Smith spent Easter Sunday in Nevada with friends. Thomas Pratt motored down from Hinckley Saturday evening and with his brother Ray, and other friends, spent Sunday in Zion National Park, Ray returning to Hinckley Monday morning for a brief visit. Claude Morris and Jack Find-ley Find-ley left Saturday for Kingman and other points in Arizona where they will attend meetings of cattle growers, including the conference in Grand Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Milne and family and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Milne .and family motored to St. George Sunday where , they were joined by their mother, Mrs. Alice W. Milne and brothers Vivian and Irvin and families for an Easter outing to Beaver Dams. Richard Sullivan left Monday evening for Ogden to attend the funeral services of ' Miss Helen Sessions. Mr. and Mrs. Marcell Schmutz, John H. Shcmutz and Mr. and Mrs. Gus Pendleton motored out to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon Monday to attend the annual an-nual round-up of the Grand Canyon-Arizona Strip Cattle company. They returned Tuesday evening. Now 1-3 off on all Spring Coats at Mitchell's. a-17-c. Mrs. Antone Moody of Hurricane Hurri-cane underwent minor surgery at the local hospital April 12. President Bryan L. Bunker injured in-jured in the auto accident of April 6 returned to his home in Las Vegas Saturday. Mrs. Marion Hughes and baby boy, returned to their home at Mesquite last Friday. Mrs. Vere Beckstrom of Pine Valley and Mrs. Fred Chadburn of Veyo have both recovered sufficiently suf-ficiently from their recent serious illness to permit them to return home from the hospital, Mrs. Beckstrom April 12, with her baby boy, and Mrs. Chadburn and her baby girl on Apru 14. He left St. George about 11 a. m., and was back before dark the same day. Last week he took Mrs. L. W. McGregor to Los Angeles and return. They remained there about 3 days. Miss Elaine Hafen of the U. S. A. C. spent the Easter week-end in St. George with her parents. Mrs. Earl Cannon, Mrs. L. W. McGregor and Mrs. Jetta Snow were prize-winners at the bridge-luncheon bridge-luncheon given by Mrs. Joseph J. Milne at her home last Friday afternoon. Twenty-four guests were seated at card tables decorated dec-orated with Easter motifs, some of which were hand painted by-Mrs. by-Mrs. Milne. Dont' miss the Junior Prom on Friday, April 18. They were accompanied home by Clayton Clay-ton Prince who had been visiting his parents here during his spring vacation from the University of Southern California. Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Gray arrived ar-rived Friday evening from Logan, where Mr. Gray has been attending at-tending school. Mrs. Gray is remaining re-maining here for the present, a guest of her sister, Mrs. Wesley Nelson. Mr. Gray has gone on East upon receipt of word of his appointment under Civil Service as Soil Surveyor with headquarters headquar-ters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Weibel and daughter Janice, returned Tuesday Tues-day from a week-end business and pleasure trip to Salt Lake City. Meldau and son, Donald returned to their home in Pasadena after spending the pre-Easter pre-Easter week here visiting at the home of her sister. Mrs. Edgar R. Simpson. Members of the O. K.
