I Mrs. George Truman is visiting ; and sightseeing along the Pacific Coast with her daughter, Mrs. ; Jack Stevens. Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester C. Jones and Mr. and Mrs. Seth Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ar-thur Jones and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Jones went to Summit Sunday to attend the funeral services of their brother-in-law, William Allen. Mr. and Mrs. Duward Terry and ' three children and Mrs. Preston Truman spent Easter Sunday in Pioche, with Mrs. Terry's and Mrs. Truman's parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Adair. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Laub, Mrs. Vilate Coleman and son Roy, Mr. and Mrs. Lavell Robinson, all former residents of Enterprise, have been here visiting relatives. All are now living in California. Mr. and Mrs. Norvel Bracken, Mr. and Mrs. John Cannon and Theresa C. Huntsman attended the funeral services for Estill Cau-dill Cau-dill in Central on Tuesday. Roland Bowler is improving slowly from a serious illness. He is now home from the Iron county hospital. His illness, it is thought is due to a wood tick bite inflicted in-flicted over a year ago. Mr. Bowler was seriously : ill at the time, but recovered and has been well all winter until the recurrence recur-rence of the fever this spring. Donald, the three-year-old son of Moore Hiatt, had the misfortune misfor-tune to fall into the canal Sunday. Mrs. George Lippold happened along just in time to rescue him before he went under a large bridge. Mrs. Lippold had the presence of mind to render a little first aid immediately. He was carried to a nearby house, and in a few hours had nearly recovered. |
