Since Judge Morse Issued a restraining order, prohibiting- the public from going up and down the Jordan river, the fanners fann-ers have become greatly incensed. For fifty years the farmers have gone up and down the Jordan Jor-dan river, hunting and fishing, and now thev have been enjoined by the courts from such further pursuits, brought about by the New State Gun club. At a meeting recently held by the farmers near the mouth of the Jordan river It was decided to close all the private roads leading to the duck hunt ng grounds. The members of the gun club use the county road going to Centervllle. and from there go du west, to their club house. A public rood lends to Garish s form, about ten miles north of .salt Lake. From there west the hunters drive over private property, so It Is said, and this heretofore right-of-way is to bo cut .out next fall when the hunting season opens.
