Show Wlllard Notes. Special to Tho Tribune. WILLARD, Dec 28. Robert Holmes, ono of Wlllard's oldest and most prominent promi-nent citizens, died at the homo of his nephew last evening, Mr. Holmes was the oldest person In tho county at the time of his death, being 93 years old. Tho causo of death wan old ago and general debility. Mr. Holmes was horn In England and emigrated to this country in 1812, coming to Utah In 1847. He had resided In Wlllard for tho past fifty years. He had no children and had lived with his nephew, Harvey Woodyoll for a number num-ber of years, a3 his wife dlod about twenty ycara ago. Funeral services havo not been arranged as yet. The young people of this placo aro now organizing an alumni association, consisting con-sisting of all who have boon off to school. Heber C. Buttler, who is working in Ogdon, has boon spending a few days with his wife and family hero. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph White of Paradise aro visiting with relatives and friends. Mrs. Charles Stuart, who lives out on tho Lucln cut-off, Is visiting with hor sisters. sis-ters. Mrs. E. A- Gratnpre and Miss Esther Warner. Mlsa Pearl Balrd, who has been quite ill. is now recovering.
