Show Haslam Pendleton Nuptials Unite Prominent Pair Married Thursday morning at 9 a. m. in the LI. D. S. Temple, were Beverly Haslam, daughter of Mr. and Mrs David J. Haslam, Has-lam, and Allen Pendleton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Pendleton, Pendle-ton, 1227 Westminster. The ceremony was performed by Harold B. Lee. Immediately following the ceremony the bridegroom's parents entertained entertain-ed the couple and 22 guests at a wedding breakfast in the President's Presi-dent's Room of the Hotel Utjah. In the evening a reception hon- orea mem ai me Uraruen jraiK. I ward. The lovely young bride wore a traditional white satin crown with seed pearls embroidered around the neckline. Her fingertip fin-gertip veil fell from a coronet of seed pearls. For her attendants attend-ants she chose Dorothy Black-ham Black-ham as- maid of honor, Narrine McFarlane as matron of honor and Luale Jacobson as attending attend-ing matron. Yvonne Lees and Jeanne Sedgely were bridesmaids. brides-maids. Barbara Pendleton and Janice McFarlane- were flower girls. The attendants wore pink gowns with complimentary blue bouquets and blue gowns with a pink bouquet. The brides bouquet bou-quet was of white orchids and gardenias. The mothers of the young couple were gowned one in pink and one in blue to complete the picture. Dee Pendleton was best man for his brother. David Haslam Jr. and Kenneth Pendleton Pendle-ton were ushers. The young couple are honeymooning honey-mooning in Southern California and Mexico. V |
