Fast meeting will be held at 11:30. It's good to see Ed Tannlund up and around again. He is just recovering from an illness that has kept him in bed for several weeks. Kept ward members busy congratulating con-gratulating newly married couples. coup-les. Tuesday evening Mr. and Mrs. Lee Roberts were honored at a reception at the Art Barn. They were married May 3. The new Mrs. Roberts was formerly Colleen Col-leen Bassett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Bassett. Lee is we'll known in the ward and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Roberts, 2050 So. 13th East. The other weddings were the Haslam - Pendleton nuptuals Thursday morning and Thelma Jane Meadows marrying Acel Miller Saturday evening. These two weddings are written up elsewhere in the paper. California-bound are the Ed Soelbergs. As soon as school was out in the Granite district they started off on their summer vacation. A tiny baby daughter has come to make her home with the George Stover's, 1223 Westminster. West-minster. The little dark-haired bundle of joy is going to be named Joyce Diane. It's a baby girl for the Sidney Sid-ney Bellamy's, 1263 21st South. Mrs. Bellamy was LaVerne Pia. Mothers enjoyed a real treat Wednesday at Primary. Their children performed for them on the program, after which they were served punch and cake. The program consisted of a piano selection by Kenneth Morris; a vocal duet by Carol Anderson and Arlene Berg; a reading by Sally Olsen; and a vocal selection by" the McPhee children and a violin solo by Donna Larson.
