Show To Organize Here For Korean War Torn Victims Mayors of the Uintah Basin cities have been charged with the responsibility of organizing local chapters of the American-Korean American-Korean Foundation, which nationally na-tionally is being headed by Dr. Milton S. Eisenhower, brother of President Eisenhower. According to a communication communica-tion received Tuesday from Gov. J. Bracken Lee, whose responsibility respon-sibility it has become to organize organ-ize the state of Utah, the mayors of various communities are admonished ad-monished by the governor to select men and women with enthusiasm en-thusiasm who will organize locally lo-cally to assist the nation in raising rais-ing five million dollars, which will be used to ease the suffering suffer-ing of Korean war victims. In Roosevelt, Mayor J. V. McLea announced he hoped to have the organization perfected by the end of the week if possible. |
