Show Returns Home From Japan Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Anderson have received word from their son, Pf c. Glen Anderson that he had arrived in the United States Oct. 1. Glen entered military mil-itary service Nov. 11, 1950 and has been stationed at Missia Air Force Base in Japan for the past 17 months. Mrs. Gerald Jacobson had dental work done in Duchesne on Friday of last week. Mrs. Madelyn Perkins attended attend-ed teachers institute , in Salt Lake City over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Beebe spent the weekend visiting Mr. and Mrs. Carl J. Searle in Og-den Og-den last week. Gerald Jacobson visited in Ft. Duchesne on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. C. N. Shiner left last Friday for Salt Lake City, where they will spend the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Clinty Ames and daughters, Alta and Dora made a trip to Nevada recently, going by way of Meadow to visit vis-it Mr. Ames mother, Mrs-. Dora Ames. They also visited in Ka-nosh. Ka-nosh. Mrs. Louise Case, Mrs. Mary Carroll and Mrs. Vendetta Clark visited Thursday in Lapoint with Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Anderson. An-derson. One student from Altonah has registered as a freshman for the Agricultural College .in Logan. He is Billie Ralphs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ralphs. Perry Maxfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Maxfield, is registered as a freshman at Brigham Young University. |
