Show I Notice To Bidders Sealed bids in duplicate will be received by the undersigned up to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 22, 1952, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for a shop building for the Tabiona High School to be built at Tabiona, Utah. Drawings and specifications and other data for the above have been prepared by Cannon and Mullen, architects, 12 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, and will be available to bidders at their office, or at the school district office Li Duchesne, Utah. For each set a deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) will be required. A bond guaranteeing guar-anteeing satisfactory performance perform-ance of contract, for fifty percent per-cent (50) of the full amount thereof, executed by a surety company satisfactory to the undersigned un-dersigned will be required of the successful bidder. The right is reserved, as the interest of the school district may require, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality infor-mality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items- of any bid unless such bid is qualified qual-ified by specific limits.
