FOURTH DOE, and all other persons unknown un-known claiming, any right, title, estate or interest in and linn upon the real property described in the complaint adverse to the plaintiffs' ownership or clouding cloud-ing plaintiffs' title thereto, in-1 eluding all unknown heirs, devisees, dev-isees, and creditors of any of the above named persons who are deceased. Defendants. It appearing to the above entitled Court from verified Complaint of the plaintiff and the affidavit of plaintiff's attorney filed in the above entitled cause, that some of the necessary parties defendant are not known to the plaintiff; and it further appear ing from said uompiaini mai there exists in favor of the plaintiff and against all of the said defendants a cause of action, ac-tion, and that all of the defendants de-fendants are proper parties to said action; and in all respect-it respect-it appearing that this is a proper pro-per case for the publication oi summons as- provided in Sec tion rule 4 (f) Utah Rules of civil procedure; NOW, THEREFORE, THERE-FORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ORDER-ED that summons in said cau?? be served upon the said defend ants by publication thereof in the Roosevelt Standard, a news ) paper of general circulation in Duchesne County, State of Utah, and that said publication be made four times, once each week for four successive weeks. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the above entitled Court forwith deposit a copy of the summons and complaint in the United States Post Office, postage prepaid, directed to the following named persons at the addresses placed opposite their names,to-wit: George R. Powell and Mary Powell, his wife, Davis Da-vis (Browaley). California; and that the said Clerk shall make an affidavit to be filed herein showing that copies of the Summons Sum-mons and Complaint have been deposited in the Post Office as required by law and this Order Done in Chambers at Provo Utah County, State of Utah' this 8th day of September, a' D. 1952.
