Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that the United States of America, Indian Service, by E. M. Axtell, irrigation engineer, Fort Duchesne, Du-chesne, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from August 9, 1952, to August 9, 1957, in which to make and submit sub-mit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No 11330 for the appropriation of 4500 ac.-ft. of water from Que-ant Que-ant and Cleveland Lakes in Duchesne Du-chesne County, Utah, to be used for the irrigation of 13,382.1 acres of land in Uintah County. It is represented that $3,450.00 has been expended in surveys, investigations, construction of buildings and preliminary studies stud-ies relating to this application, and it is estimated that an additional ad-ditional expenditure of $150,-000.00 $150,-000.00 will be required to complete com-plete the work and apply tha water to beneficial use. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and file:! with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol. Salt Lake City, 1. Utah, on or before November 15, 1952. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer at 103 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p m., November 24, 1952. Protestants Pro-testants may appear at the hearing hear-ing and adduce testimony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
