Show Amended Fish And Game Resolution BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UINTAH AND OURAY TRIBAL TRI-BAL FISH AND GAME BOARD THAT, under authority of paragraph para-graph II of the Fish and Game Ordinance approved October 9, 1950, by the Tribal Business Committee, we hereby give notice no-tice that our previous proclamation procla-mation of May 5, 1953, is amended so as to permit the hunting of deer of either sex on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation Reser-vation west of the divide between be-tween Lake Fork River and Rock Creek within state herd unit 23B, as indicated in the proclamation of the Fish and Game Department of the State of Utah for the 1953 Deer Hunting Hunt-ing Season. All other areas on the Ute Indian Reservation will be open to the hunting of buck deer only. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, RE-SOLVED, that the Utah State Fish and Game Commission be notified of our action so that proper publicity may be given thereto.
