Show LAPOIEST Mrs. Mable Jenkins Birthday Party Mrs. Vera Huber and Mrs. June Wooley entertained at a birthday party on the" Huber lawn Sunday for Martin Huber and Lois Kay Wolley's sixth and seventh birthdays. Games were played, and a plate lunch served to a large group. They received many lovely gifts. Mi's. Thelma Lee, Georgia Thompson, Cynthia Taylor attended at-tended U. E. A. in Salt Lake City during the week. Ray Lee took them out in his car. . Mr and Mrs. Clarence Bills and children and Mrs. Ella Bills of Bingham visited relatives and friends in Lapoint the last week. Visitors to Conference in Salt Lake City were Bishop L. J. "Walker and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Harrison and daughter, Ramona, Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Rasmussen and daughters, La-w'anna, La-w'anna, Renee and Lois, and jack Jensen. Mrs. Thea Bodily was called to the L.D.S. hospital in Salt Lake City to help care for her nephew, Lawerence Rogers of Leota, who was operated on. She also visited Mrs. Mable Jenkins who has been a patient there for the past two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hor-rocks Hor-rocks visited with Mr. and Mrs. Grant Broadhead and family of Midvale. They also visited her mother, Mrs. Mable Jenkins at the L.D.S. hospital. Alfred Christensen and family attended a birthday party for her mother, Mrs. Earl Gadd at Pop's Place. Colorado' during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Petro Forakis were weekend visitors in Salt Lake City. |
